What is Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion? 

In this topic we demonstrate Gender equality (male, female) equality in social work and also, demonstrate the relation and participation with society and the people who face disabilities and live illnesses that are not included in society and social work education, jobs, etc. we demonstrate the participation, opportunities for the disabled person who faces different barriers in society. We also demonstrate gender equality and also discuss the difference that is found in our society between male and female at different levels of society like on education, job, etc. we explain the equality between males and females in the society.

       Gender Equality and Social Inclusion:

Gender Equality is a human right that gives all the social animals(humans) without the difference of male and female. All humans in society got equality in all works like education, politics, etc

  Education plays an important role in the development of any society. It plays a key role in gender-based violence challenges and transforms all values in one society equally, inclusion and justice.  

We take Islamic rules as an example that give equality to the woman with man and Islam also gives rights to the woman that also play important role in social and economic works.

Pakistan also gives rights to the women because at every plate form Pakistani women took work equally with men for the progress of society. A worldwide organization of human rights also gives equality all over the world to the women without gender inequality to take education and take participation in all the social works for the betterment of society. There are different examples all over the world when women have made prime ministers and also played important roles in society.

     People with disability and live illness faces difficulties, discrimination, and barrier in participating in different social activities, education, and jobs. These people don’t get equal rights with other due to disabilities. In society, these people are commonly denied their social rights. They cannot live independently in the community, cannot participate in different sports and workplaces. They cannot get an education in the general school system. They are often ignorable by society.

   According to Disability and social inclusion means how to disable people interfere and participate in social work in society for the betterment of their abilities and desired.

UN Human Rights The organization made a strategy and policies on how disabled people could take part in society? How they attained the same and equal opportunities in all aspects of life in a society like other persons.

Now due to UN policies, it is possible for disabled people to take part in all activities of society. Disabled people can get an education by ignoring their disabilities. They can play important role in the progress of their society by ignoring their disabilities.
